غرض الوظيفة

• تقديم القيادة الرؤيوية والتوجيه الاستراتيجي لضمان النمو المستدام والتميز التشغيلي للمناطق الحرة بـ أسياد. يتطلب هذا الدور قائداً ديناميكياً يمتلك سجلاً حافلاً ومبرهناً في عمليات المناطق الحرة، اللوجستيات، والإدارة الاستراتيجية لدفع الشركة نحو التقدم.

 

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

القيادة الاستراتيجية

• الرؤية والاستراتيجية: تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية للشركة لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات طويلة المدى، مع ضمان التوافق مع رسالة ورؤية أسياد العامة.
• تطوير الأعمال: تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة لتوسيع حضور الشركة في السوق وزيادة الربحية.

 

الإدارة التشغيلية

• التميز التشغيلي والتكامل: الإشراف على الإدارة الفعالة لكافة عمليات المناطق الحرة، وضمان معايير عالية من الخدمة، السلامة، والامتثال، بالإضافة إلى تعظيم التعاون والتكامل بين المناطق الحرة والموانئ.

 

الإدارة الفنية

• الإشراف على الإدارة الفنية والتشغيلية الفعالة لكافة عمليات المناطق الحرة، وضمان معايير عالية من الخدمة، السلامة، والامتثال، بالإضافة إلى تعظيم التكامل بين المناطق الحرة والموانئ.
• مراقبة الأداء: وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لقياس نجاح المبادرات التشغيلية ودفع عجلة التحسين المستمر.

 

الإدارة المالية

• الإشراف المالي: تطوير وإدارة ميزانية الشركة، مع ضمان الاستقرار المالي والربحية.
• التقارير المالية: ضمان تقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الأوقات المحجوزة، وتقديم الرؤى والتوصيات للرئيس التنفيذي.

 

إشراك أصحاب المصلحة

• إدارة العلاقات: بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك الجهات الحكومية، الشركاء في القطاع، والعملاء.
• التثيل والمناصرة: تمثيل الشركة في المنتديات القطاعية، المشاركات العامة، واللقاءات الإعلامية لتعزيز سمعتها وتأثيرها.

 

إدارة المواهب

• تطوير القيادات: تعزيز ثقافة القيادة والتميز داخل المؤسسة، مع ضمان تطوير الموظفين الموهوبين والاحتفاظ بهم.

المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرات

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذات صلة.
• يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو درجة متقدمة معادلة.

 

الخبرة:

• حد أدنى 12 سنة من الخبرة في الإدارة العليا في عمليات الموانئ، اللوجستيات، أو قطاع ذات صلة.
• سجل حافل ومبرهن في قيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية وتحقيق النمو في الأعمال.

 

المهارات والكفاءات:

JOB PURPOSE

 

• Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the sustained growth and operational excellence of ASYAD Freezones. The role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in freezone operations, logistics, and strategic management to drive the company forward.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Leadership

 

• Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s strategic plans to achieve long-term goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall Asyad’s mission and vision.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and profitability.

 

Operational Management

 

• Operational Excellence and Synergies: Oversee the efficient management of all freezone operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance as well as maximizing the synergies between the freezones and ports.

 

Technical Management

 

• Oversee the efficient management of all freezone operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance as well as maximizing the synergies between the freezones and ports.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

 

Financial Stewardship

 

• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

 

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and clients.
• Advocacy: Represent the company in industry forums, public engagements, and media interactions to enhance its reputation and influence.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing port operations and logistics as well as OIA and Asyad Corporate requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

 

Experience:

 

• Minimum of 12 years of senior management experience in port operations, logistics, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business growth.
